We are here to help make your stay in Melville the most comfortable and memorable time.

Aim 1. Residential Rentals

OA has three unique units that offer distinct living experiences. Each unit is self-catering, fully furnished and conveniently suited with separate entrances and designated secure parking. We can host you in one unit or the entire property, whether you are a party of one or a party of 10, we can comfortably accommodate you.

The sparkling pool, sauna, gardens, cove and outdoor kitchen are shared by all three units. We have hosted braiis, book club meetings, wine tastings, dinner parties, poetry readings and a variety of adult networking events for social and business pleasures. We aim to be the place you need to do what you want to do. We create the perfect environment for you to get it done - whatever it is.

Aim 2. Spa & Socials

 

For the Soul Tribe Experience, we provide onsite social opportunities and experiences. Whether by reservation or invitation, we convene unique moments to meet like-minded people and network with a diversity of interesting souls. Sunday Brunches, Monday Mindfullness, Wednesday Wine-downs, Saturday Sundowns and anything you can think of to bring creative and socially just people together - we aim to elevate your mood and mind.

For Adults, we offer tasty helpings of spa experiences including the healing arts of massage, reiki, readings, meditation, sauna and jacuzzi for relaxation and respite. For adventurous adults we have a playroom, private patios, clothing optional weekends and other sensual adventures.

OA is a new business with exciting investment opportunities. We aim to build a community of investors who want to see us grow into a unique network of women-owned Adults Only short-term and leisure rental properties with built-in entertainment, neighborhood networking, and amenities for the grown and passionate.
